Wendy Stuart will be hosting TriVersity Talk! this Wednesday at 7 PM ET with featured guest Mercy Be.

TriVersity Talk! is a weekly web series with featured guests discussing their lives, activism and pressing issues in the LGBTQ Community. With TriVersity Talk!, the goal is to laugh and learn.

TriVersity Talk! Is part of TriVersity’s ICARE Initiative. ICARE stands for Increasing Community Awareness through Relevant Education. ICARE Programs are generously funded by The Greater Pike Community Foundation.

 

Mercy Be is an Astoria-based drag enchantress whose unique act features the violin, saxophone, live singing, outrageous comedy, and fierce looks. She comes from humble beginnings busking on the streets of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania to performing at NYC’s fabled venues including 54 Below, Red Eye, Bowery Electric, 3 Dollar Bill, The Stonewall Inn, Ice Palace in Fire Island, and more! She also performs monthly at Albatross in Astoria in her solo show “Sax, Drags, & Violins,” In addition to collaborating with drag performers all around the city, Mercy performs regularly with NYC’s all drag band, The Bad Judies in NYC, Fire Island, and beyond. 8
