Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak have confirmed the release date for their debut Silk Sonic album: An Evening With Silk Sonic is coming out on November 12. The album, which features Bootsy Collins as “special guest host,” includes the singles “Leave the Door Open” and “Skate,” as well as the “Silk Sonic Intro.”

Mars and .Paak announced Silk Sonic back in February, performing “Leave the Door Open” at the Grammys a few weeks later. In an August interview with Rolling Stone, Mars had suggested a January 2022 release date for the duo’s album. “We’re really in touch-up mode now,” he said at the time. “We’ve got the bones of most of the album, so it’s really about touching up parts that need a little more… grease.”
