Neil Young, After Canceling Crazy Horse Tour Dates, to Perform at Farm Aid 2024

Music News

Neil Young is returning to the stage to perform at the annual Farm Aid benefit concert. The news arrives after Young and his band Crazy Horse canceled a bunch of shows due to an unspecified illness. Young, as a result, has not performed live since May.

In addition to Young, Farm Aid 2024 will feature Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Mavis Staples, Joy Oladokun, Charley Crockett, and more. The event takes place on Saturday, September 21, in Saratoga Springs, New York. See a poster for Farm Aid 2024 below.

Neil Young performed at Farm Aid last year, playing the concert in person for the first time since 2019. Concerns about COVID-19 kept the musician out of the event in 2021 and 2022.
