After recently performing shows in Europe, Bauhaus have canceled their forthcoming North American tour that was set to begin in September. “Following a string of critically-hailed reunion shows across continents, Peter Murphy will be entering a rehabilitation facility to attend to his health and well-being,” the band’s representative shared in a statement. Pitchfork has reached out for further comment.

In 2019, Murphy had a heart attack and later released a statement saying he’d “made a full recovery” following surgery.
