NBC has announced the hosts and musical guests for the next two episodes of Saturday Night Live. On March 1, comedian Shane Gillis will host an episode featuring Canadian pop star Tate McRae. The following week, on March 8, Lady Gaga will serve as both host and musical guest.

McRae made her Saturday Night Live debut in November 2023, playing “Greedy” and “Grave.” She’ll be performing in support of her third studio album, So Close to What, which is out on Friday, February 21.

Lady Gaga is returning for her fifth official performance on Saturday Night Live. She previously pulled double-duty, as host and musical guest, in November 2013, and she most recently performed on SNL in October 2016. Her March appearance is in support of the new album Mayhem, which is out March 7.

Saturday Night Live has been celebrating its 50th season, which kicked off in September 2024. Over the weekend, there were two anniversary specials: SNL50: The Homecoming Concert and SNL50: The Anniversary Special. Lady Gaga was among the many Homecoming Concert performers.
