The soundtrack for the second season of the hit Showtime series Yellowjackets has been announced. It arrives on CD and digitally on September 1, via Universal Music Canada, with 2xLP vinyl editions to follow in the coming months. The soundtrack features classics by several ’90s alt-rock artists including Nirvana, the Cranberries, Elliott Smith, Garbage, and Veruca Salt. New music on the soundtrack includes two versions of Alanis Morissette’s cover of the series theme song, an original track by series guest star John Cameron Mitchell featuring Elijah Wood, and Florence and the Machine’s cover of No Doubt’s “Just a Girl.” Check out the cover art and full tracklist below.

Yellowjackets, which stars Christina Ricci, Juliette Lewis, Melanie Lynskey, and more, takes place over two timelines in the ’90s and present day and has prominently featured several alt-rock needle drops throughout its run. The second season premiered this past March and concluded in May.
