Mystic 100’s—the Olympia, Washington, band formerly known as Milk Music—have announced a new double album that’s coming later this month. On a Micro Diet is out March 31 via Online Ceramics/Listening House. The first taste of the album is the 10-minute opener and title track. Find it below. 

The new album follows 2017’s self-titled Mystic 100’s. Accompanying the announcement is a five-page typewritten manifesto of sorts that closes with this sign-off: “Support your public library, give a hoot don’t pollute, excellsior, etc. Let’s eat.” Read it below.
