Harry Styles Wins Best Pop Vocal Album for Harry’s House at 2023 Grammys

The album beat out full-length releases from ABBA, Adele, Lizzo, and more

Harry StylesHarry’s House has won the 2023 Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album. The artist was up against Adele (30), ABBA (Voyage), Coldplay (Music of the Spheres), and Lizzo (Special).

This year, Styles was nominated in six categories; in addition to Best Pop Vocal Album, he received recognition for Album of the Year (Harry’s House), Record of the Year (“As It Was”), Song of the Year (“As It Was”), Best Pop Solo Performance (“As It Was”), and Best Music Video (“As It Was”). (Harry’s House also won for Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.)

Styles took home his first Grammy in 2021, when his radio hit “Watermelon Sugar” picked up the win for Best Pop Solo Performance. He also performed the song on the Grammys stage that year, with Devonté Hynes (aka Blood Orange) on bass.

Styles shared a handful of colorful music videos for his Harry’s House singles last year: He started with “As It Was,” then shared a slumber-party themed “Late Night Talking” visual, and then released the clip for “Music for a Sushi Restaurant,” which starred Styles as a merman.
