A first release from the Poor Black Hobo project headed up by frontman, veteran songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Kevin Kendrick, aka Poor Black Hobo. Kevin Has toured, and or recorded with many top artist including Madonna, Outkast, Tyler the Creator, Modest Mouse and many other great artist. In this project Kevin combines the different genres of music that influenced him in his life, both personally and as a musician, including pop, country, blues, rock and folk. The song “Me and You” is a song about love, and lost. The name Poor Black Hobo was chosen by Kevin, as it reminds him of his life and the lessons he learned traveling around the world at the age of fourteen backing artist on the road and in the studio, and how tough it was at times, while making very little money during that stage in his career.
