Jeffrey Dahmer Victims Memorial Plan Causing Concerns for Milwaukee Officials

Nicole also believes racism definitely played a big part in Dahmer’s killings getting overlooked — something former Milwaukee D.A. Michael McCann, who personally prosecuted Dahmer, has denied.
