“Talent is a Flame, Genius is the Fire”

Music turns, rotates, spins, circles, loops, pulsates, resonates, and repeats. Circles of music are born from the pulses of light in the minds of the symphonist as it vibrates and breathes while spiraling out-word for infinity through the lens of time. Composer Randy Edelman’s music is an adventure of consciousness able to enlarge the soul, liberate the spirit and enhance the human emotion. It camouflages tyranny, lets us know nothing is ever beyond repair, it forewarns us that we break, we bleed and then begin again. It teaches us that trust can be mended and love restored….sometimes.

Living up to his gloss Randy Edelman, like one of the natural wonders of the world Niagara Falls, is surrounded like the roar of the great waters and their anthemic voice shouting beyond the rainbow and the mist.

Aside from his recent post pandemic anthemic global hit, “Comin’ Out the Other Side”, (played live to welcome in 2022), Randy is responsible for creating over 100 musical soundscapes for the world’s most popular films including: “The Mask”, “My Cousin Vinny”, “Dragonheart”, “XXX”, “Last of the Mohicans”, “Ghostbusters II”, “Gettysburg“, “While You Were Sleeping”, and many more too vast to name. He has also composed the theme for the hot TV series “MacGyver“, and has written themes for the Olympics and NASA. As one of most adept popular song writers he has fashioned some of the biggest recorded hits including “A Weekend in New England” (as recorded by Barry Manilow), “Isn’t it a Shame” (as recorded by Patti LaBelle), “If Love is Real” (as recorded by Olivia Newton-John), “My Place” (as recorded by Nelly), and once again too limitless to name. Randy has opened for acts including The Carpenters and Frank Zappa and has performed at the biggest arenas including Budokan in Japan and the London Palladium. Most currently Sony Classics has just released Randy’s “Ghostbuster II” original score, the music from Randy’s musical “Short Cut” is available and his pop/R&B newest single “How Could I Let You Go” Ft. Chioma will be unleashed 2/22/22.

Back by popular demand you can see Randy Edelman live and in person as he showcases “Around the World in 80 Minutes” at “The Chelsea Table and Stage on February 26, 2022 (152 West 26th Street in NYC), 9:30 pm followed by his record release party on the Sandbar roof top located at the same address…..
