Unwound have announced a run of East Coast tour dates slated for late March 2024. They’ll kick it off with a show in Atlanta at Variety the day before their set at Big Ears Festival in Knoxville, Tennessee, then head on to North Carolina, D.C., and New Jersey. The four non-festival dates will feature the Austin, Texas noise rockers Cherubs. Check out the full list of dates below.
Unwound’s final album Leaves Turn Inside You came out in 2001. They first announced their reunion in the summer of 2022, and this past February played their first show in more than 20 years at the Showbox in Seattle. Jared Warren of Karp and Melvins filled in for Unwound’s original bassist Vern Rumsey, who died in 2020.
Live Leaves, a live album documenting Unwound’s final tour before their hiatus, was reissued by Numero Group on September 2.
