It’s the one where everyone gets Jennifer Aniston-level fit for summer. 

The Friends alum’s personal trainer and Pvolve‘s vice president of training Dani Coleman revealed Jennifer’s go-to workout using the low-impact fitness method, and the well-rounded routine is guaranteed to get everyone ready for their upcoming beach days. 

“She really trains in all three of our signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Progressive Weight Training class and Sculpt & Burn,” Dani told E! News’ Francesca Amiker in an exclusive interview. “So, your strength, your mobility, as well as your cardiovascular health—she trains in it all.”

But the fitness instructor acknowledged that Jennifer’s toned figure doesn’t only come from targeting different areas of the body with the method, which was founded in 2017 and now boasts over 20 studios across the U.S. and Canada.

Dani also credits the 56-year-old’s impressive results to her consistency, noting that they usually work out “three times a week together.”

As she put it, “Keeping her practice has been truly incredible to witness firsthand.”
